You’ll have to believe me on this and try these cookies ASAP! Seriously, so good! I have no pictures, but they look like cookies.
2 and a half cups rolled oats
2 cups all purpose flour
half a cup of flax seed meal
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
half a t of salt
3 sticks of butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 T vanilla extract
half a bag of chocolate chips
In a blender or food processor, grind the rolled oats into a flour consistency. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flax seed meal. Mix it up and set it aside.
Whip butter to light and fluffy. Add sugar (brown and granulated). Mix until smooth. Add eggs. Add vanilla.
Add flour mixture a little at a time. Add chocolate chips (I mix mine in by hand to avoid over mixing).
Place on baking sheets. Bake at 350.
Mine usually makes 2 dozen plus 9. Not sure why such an odd number, but it is what it is.
